CLASS LEADERS
Olivia Clark-Kindred, Director
The Class leader system is a basic organizational unit of the African Methodist Episcopal Church that connects each member to the local church. The disciples (members) of the congregation are divided into small groups called classes. Each class has a leader who makes it their business to look after his or her members and to report to the Pastor and/or Official Board concerning the status and also the needs of each member, spiritually and otherwise. Each class leader should keep an accurate record of his or her member and see that each member is active in support of the work of the church.
